When it comes to cooking I don’t mind mixing it up in the kitchen. I’m comfortable preparing delicious meals like chicken parm, lasagna, tacos and stir-fried rice.

For Christmas this year, my parents bought brand new pots and pans for us.  We were in desperate need of a good, solid set.  My mom selected a brand that she had received the previous Christmas – Belgique.  I wasn’t familiar with the name, but she said these were the best pots and pans she’d ever used.

It has taken me until now to realize how true that statement is.  As I scrubbed the remains of a burnt chicken incident from a frying pan this morning, I came to really appreciate this Christmas gift. Six months later!
