All this time I’ve spent writing about shopping here at ShopGala and I’ve never mentioned my obsession with the Ann Taylor-owned store Loft, the place I most often get my fashion fix. I have to admit spending a lot of time in Loft stores lately, since my post-baby workout and recent 30-pound weight loss has left me little to wear in my own closet. So here’s reason #1 that I love Loft… Their prices are insane! Sometimes, I admit, Ann Taylor’s prices make my wallet nervous. I usually stick to the clearance rack when I shop there. Now, just my husband gets nervous when I go in there…
The latest $35 and under event is just the thing I love to see right now. I can shop sweaters, pants, cardigans, skirts, tees, and more great Loft styles either in-store or online, all for $35 or less. Sweet! I have to admit that I prefer to head to my local Loft store and try it all on, but I’ve turned to the website a few times to find colors or sizes that store didn’t have in stock.
Now that I’ve scoped out some great styles, I’m ready to save on them! I’ve got a shopping cart loaded with goodies like the short-sleeve Dolman Zip Cardigan (on sale for $25 from $44.50!) and a few different colors in the Roll-Sleeve Pleated Top ($25 instead of $39.50!). My closet’s going to look so pretty when this order arrives!
Reason #2 – New Arrivals for Fall
Another reason I adore Loft is their constant influx of fabulous styles. The new Fall arrivals at Loft are no exception. This season’s styles include a “new crop of tops” that hit “just a hair shorter than in seasons past.” Paired with the super-in-style high-waisted trouser, these shorter tops are a perfect match! I may have lost a few pounds, but my post-baby tummy still needs some flattering from my wardrobe, so these styles are right up my alley. Both stylish and practical, the Loft collection this year hits the right mark.
